Terms of Service

You can use QuickFaceSwap to edit images and GIFs you have the right to use. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Upload images of people without their consent.
• Create sexual content, content involving minors, or content meant to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
• Use results to mislead people about what someone said or did.

See the Content Policy for details. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits are sold in one-time packs, do not expire, and have no cash value. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You keep the rights to what you upload and create. You give us permission to process your files only to produce your result. Files are deleted after 24 hours.

The service is provided "as is". AI results can be imperfect, and you are responsible for how you use them.
