Refund Policy

If a swap fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits.

Email us from the address on your account with your order date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
